All guest bedrooms are on the ground floor, the guest dining room and lounge are upstairs.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room or should you desire, on the veranda over looking the sea. Linen table napkins, silver cutlery and beautiful china makes the breakfast table look inviting and stunning. Warm petit croissants. Taste our world renown home made muesli or a condiment of cereals, home made jams, fresh fruit (seasonal), dried fruits, nuts, selection of breads from the Akaroa Bakery, plus much more. Fresh coffee or a selection of teas compliment your breakfast.
Laughter usually infects the breakfast atmosphere, along with travel tale swapping and exchanges of recommendations for restaurants, local activities and walking trails.

Guest Lounge
Relax, read, play a board game or just gaze out at the sea, all of this can be done in our beautiful guest lounge. Open the doors in the summer smell the ocean, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony in the comfort of our outdoor furniture or in the winter warm yourself by the log fire.
